Meaning: What is God?
We, named her before I looked up the meaning of the name.
And I tell you, she swears & acts as if she was a Goddess.
She is very patient, playful with her toys never ripping them up.
She is very funny, loving towards other companions & humans.
Makaila watches everything I do, follows me everywhere I go.
She is truly a treasure to have.

Nena is now known as " Makaila ".
I have had a Tina & Nina at the same time.
Never had a confusion when either one was called.
Well, if I called Nena (silent e), Miss Nina came running.
Nina only comes running because she is nosey and always wants a treat.
(which dog doesn't :)

Makaila 3.5 months of age (after recovering from vaccinosis)

She isn't happy if her feet aren't wet ;)
Enjoy some photo's of growing up Makaila

In the mornings Makaila lays on the kitchen floor patiently, as I fix her breakfast.
(She looks like a Manatee :)
Makaila patiently watches over Anaya, no matter what size the body of water is.

Anaya does her best, to assure Makaila that she is fine.
She even tells her to stay.
But the moment Anaya hits the water, Makaila walks along the edge concerned, but patient.

Makaila is always on duty!

Look at Makaila in the back ground, trying to get the life ring :)
Makaila steps into the kiddy pool, so that there is no room for Anaya.
Anaya just makes the best of it and reassures Makaila that all is fine.
Makaila torments daddy Kongo and wise man Oslo.
Makaila on the move,
She struts around the house,

She struts around the patio,

And struts around the pool.
She takes her crab and makes herself comfy on the patio furniture.

Makaila enjoys her mid-day snack, a nice raw whole sardine.
She relaxes with her sire (Kongo)
And at night, Makaila sleeps with her duck or in our bedroom.
well, she doesn't sleep in the crate anymore
Until the next day, when she does it all over again.
