I'm a lighthouse, stone structure admirer/lover!
I love to visit lighthouses, they truly take my breath away and bring tears to my eye's.
They are amazing structures, which saved many many lives.
I tell my husband I always dream of someday living in one with all our Newfs ;)
Well, you can only imagine how overjoyed I was when we finally visited.
I could lay on the lawn all day and stare at her.
Cape Hatteras Lighthouse is the tallest in the nation and famous symbol of North Carolina.

Wish I could have asked everyone to stand away.
But I don't think they would have taken well to that ;)

I didn't climb the lighthouses on this trip,
Far to many stairs for my back.
Prior to my surgery, I would climb them, now just being able to visit them is breath taking.
