Kongo requires lots of conditioning and daily grooming to look his best.

Newfoundland are high maintenance dogs!

Thank You Karen & Sam, just seeing Kongo being presented brings tears of joy.

You have presented my dogs to their best potential and without your help

during my time of disability, I would truly have no happiness.

You don't need to win to make me happy!

Kongo Loves to carry his dog bowl to a corner

and enjoy his meals.

Pictured below at 16 months

Kongo is sweet, gentle, intelligent & laid back when you want to relax and always offering a show stack .

He always thinks I have a treat in my hand. He is a true and easy to show dog,

but when he's tired there's no moving him.

We had a great fast time in the show ring in route to his championship.

(I'm not complaining) I've learned not to leave shoes in his presence, especially my show ring favorites.

He is a large, heavily boned lump of love.

***All dogs must be properly socialized within your community, obedience school, family activities and functions; so that may be given the opportunity to become exceptional companions which they're capable of being and well mannered citizens. Do not expect to buy a dog and not have to put anytime or effort into the relationship, it doesn't go that way. It is a life time commitment! My dogs pose for photos and look well mannered because we are dedicated to raising them correctly. Remember the apple doesn't fall to far from the tree!

What does a   number mean?

A CHIC number is issued when test results are entered into the database satisfying each breed specific requirement, and when the owner of the dog (at 2 years of age) has opted to release the results into the public domain. The CHIC number itself does not imply normal test results, only that all the required breed specific tests were performed and the results made publicly available, voluntarily provided by the owner regardless of results! You may click on the chick Icon to visit the site and read more about CHIC.
